All our inspectors have taken extensive training and are qualified as Registered Home Inspectors (RHI) in accordance with the requirements of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (BC). CAHPI(BC) is a chapter of the nationally recognized association which lays the foundation for qualification of home inspectors across Canada.
D-Tect Home Inspections has been inspecting in British Columbia since 1992 and has increased in size to eight inspectors - able to meet tight schedules throughout the Okanagan Valley, seven days a week.
